From October 15 to 17, 2025, the WeSemibay Semiconductor Ecosystem Expo 2025 was successfully held in Shenzhen, bringing together leading semiconductor companies and industry experts from around the world.

This year' s exhibition featured four core zones — Wafer Manufacturing, Advanced Packaging, Compound Semiconductors, and Chip Design — comprehensively covering key segments of the semiconductor industry. In addition, three special zones were introduced: AI Chips & Edge Computing Ecosystem, RISC-V Ecosystem, and Chiplet & Advanced Packaging Ecosystem, showcasing the latest achievements in innovation and cutting-edge technology, while providing a collaborative platform for emerging technologies.

The expo served not only as a premier communication platform for industry players but also as a launch stage for new semiconductor products and technologies. A number of breakthroughs that challenge foreign monopolies were unveiled, with exhibitors presenting around 2,500 new products. Highlights included next-generation EDA design software, ultra-high-speed real-time oscilloscopes, 12-inch silicon wafers, and 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers, among many other groundbreaking innovations.

As a strategic hub of China' s semiconductor industry, the Greater Bay Area continues to advance key production line projects, releasing strong market demand and driving the sustainable growth of the semiconductor ecosystem.
